Marbling - suminagashi style

All of Echo Art Bindery’s marbled papers are one-of-a-kind.

Suminagashi is Jananese marbling. There is not a size in the bath, just water and ink is used instead of acrylic paint. A dispersing agent is used to push the ink. Most of the Echo Art papers with suminagashi marbling are done on colorplan paper, not traditional Japanese papers. Colorplan is thicker with a wonderful texture.
